Delivery

UK postage and packaging costs are:

- £2.95 for tracked 48 hour delivery by Royal Mail for orders of £20 and below

- £5.50 for tracked 24 hour delivery for orders above £20

- Free delivery for orders £75 and above

We do not currently ship internationally as standard on our website but we are very happy to send purchases abroad.
 
Should you like to order something to be sent please take a screen shot of your basket and your full address (including your postcode or zip code) and send this to contact@namoona.co.uk We can then let you know about the associated shipping charges. Duties and taxes charged by individual countries are the responsibility of the buyer. 
 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Namoona. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item, we're here to help

Please notify us by email at contact@namoona.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must then be returned within 28 days of receipt, in unused and perfect condition, for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must meet our return requirements. We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the case of damaged or faulty items.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note: we are unable to refund return shipping costs if you have simply changed your mind.

Refunds
Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when this is complete.
