DELIVERY & RETURNS

We do not currently ship internationally as standard on our website but we are very happy to send purchases abroad.
 
Should you like to order something to be sent please take a screen shot of your basket and your full address (including your postcode or zip code) and send this to contact@namoona.co.uk We can then inform you about the associated shipping charges. Duties and taxes charged by individual countries are the responsibility of the buyer. 
 
UK post and packing costs are:

- £2.95 for tracked 48 hour delivery by Royal Mail for orders of £20 and below

- £5.50 for tracked 48 hour delivery for orders above £20

- Free delivery for orders £100 and above

 

Returns

We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at contact @namoona.co.uk. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receiving them and must be returned in perfect condition and unused for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to return any products that do not meet Namoona return requirements.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and delivery of merchandise with the exception of damaged items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and as such, we strongly advise that you use a tracked postage service.

No refund will be offered on any return postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about a purchase.

All products purchased in any sale are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Once we have received your return package we will process a refund to your original payment method.
