Offshore Deliveries:

Channel islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight - £15.00

Northern Island - £20.00

Non EU deliveries:

Switzerland - £45.00

EU Deliveries
All deliveries within the EU are sent via DHL, we charge £25. Delivery times can take up to 7 working days under normal circumstances. Duties and taxes charged by individual countries are the responsibility of the buyer. For more accurate information contact your local customs office.

 

Overseas Deliveries 

For all overseas orders, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight/size of your parcel and we will add the shipping charge appropriate to your country once it is calculated. We will inform you of this charge and ask for your acceptance before shipping.

Overseas orders may incur extra charges, import duty and local taxes. It is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Overseas and non- UK delivery times may vary. For all our deliveries a signature may be required.

The cost of sending your order to a worldwide destination will depend on what country and the weight of the product(s) you are buying. Please message us on contact@namoona.co.uk and we will inform you about the cost of your specific delivery

Returns

We hope that you will be completely happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at contact @namoona.co.uk. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receiving them and must be returned in perfect condition and unused for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to return any products that do not meet Namoona return requirements.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and delivery of merchandise with the exception of damaged items. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in postage and as such, we strongly advise that you use a tracked postage service.

No refund will be offered on any return postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about a purchase.

All products purchased in any sale are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Once we have received your return package we will process a refund to your original payment method.
